Orders and Payment

  • Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

    You will not be allowed to use multiple promo codes at once. Only one promo code per purchase.

  • Can I choose the currency I pay in?

    All payments must be made in Malaysian Currency (MYR).

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We only accept payment from credit and debit cards, online banking, and e-Wallets.

  • How can I check on my orders?

    Once you are logged in, the view orders button will be next to the logout button.

  • I have not received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

    If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, please check your spam mailbox or drop us an email at risebowl@gmail.com with your order ID and we will look into it for you.

  • I have been charged wrongly for my purchase, what should I do?

    Please drop us an email at risebowl@gmail.com and we will assist you from there.

  • Where can I access the questionnaire after making payment?

    You can access the questionnaire on View Orders > Action > View.

  • After answering questionnaires, where can I access the Business Health Report?

    You can access it in the View Orders section after completion.

  • I am unable to download my Business Health Report, what should I do?

    Please contact us at info@risebowls.com with your inquiry and Order ID. We will attend to it in the next 24 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • How many times can I download my Business Health Report?

    You may download it as many times as you want.

  • Can I attempt the questionnaires multiple times?

    You can attempt each questionnaire only once per purchase. However, you have the flexibility to complete it at your own pace. Your progress will be saved, allowing you to return and finish it whenever you're ready.

  • How many times can I purchase the HeyBizz - Business Health Report with one account?

    You can only purchase one HeyBizz - Business Health Report per account.

  • What should I do when I receive an incomplete report?

    Please contact us at info@risebowls.com with your inquiry and Order ID. We will attend to it in the next 24 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • When will I receive the promo codes?

    Upon completing the questionnaire, you will receive your promo codes. These will be sent directly to your registered email address, ensuring you have easy access to them.
