Module Description: BizzAhead is a program that helps to establish the ultimate foundation in preparing a company to succeed by identifying and planning for their attainable goals. The course will cover the concept and guide the participants for their business plan, model and strategy to identify their short, medium and long term goals respectively. With 3-types of delivery methods offered in BizzAhead, the participants are free to choose their preferred level of learning, each method offering different deliverables and learning outcomes.

Objectives:

• The ultimate goal for the course is to increase participants’ awareness on the importance of business strategy and management to ensure longevity and productivity of their business. The participants can easily identify existing gaps as well as identify direction and strategy for company scale-up. The participants will get the chance to develop their own strategy map using the balance scorecard technique that primarily focuses on the four (4) perspectives in driving a business; Financial, Customer, Process, and Talent & Technology. On top of that, Business Model Canvas will guide the participants to have a clearer vision before embarking their journey to map out their strategy map. With its strategy ready, this will eventually prepare the company to become a bankable and investable organisation, ready for future financial and investment intervention.
